Our quick Assessment is the first step toward becoming a Certified Healthy Workplace™* and promoting Total Worker Health throughout your organization. The Assessment helps you measure your organization’s progress based on six benchmarks:
After completing the Assessment, you’ll have an introductory consultation, during which you’ll review your current progress, Report Card, and recognition status. During future advising sessions, you’ll work with your advisor to set goals with a Healthy Workplace Action Plan and take the next steps toward Total Worker Health.
The Assessment is only the beginning when you work with us. After you complete the Assessment, you’ll have an introductory consultation to review your results and outline the next steps of your journey, which will include personalized advising sessions with an expert. We’ve been researching workplace health and safety for more than 30 years, and we bring those decades of experience and insights to every session.
