Get Going

Health Links, EPIC (Executives Partnering to Invest in Children) and Colorado's Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), have established a key partnership to understand and promote family-friendly workplace policies and practices.

The Family-Friendly Workplace Assessment (FF+) identifies the needs and priorities of employers to create environments that are supportive of families. FF+ is divided into four sections that gauge family-friendly culture: Benefits and Leave; Flexibility; New Parents; and, Communication, Education and Training.

The FF+ was developed with input and review from a team of leaders and stakeholders representing different sectors across our state. By assisting organizations to support their employees in all stages of life through education and training, Health Links, EPIC and our supporting partners hope this effort will help Colorado reach the goal of becoming the happiest, most educated and healthiest state in the nation.
