“Nurturing your Resilience with Self-Care” is an introductory lesson in a series based on the Five Principles of Resiliency by Dr. Amit Sood’s Stress-Free Living Program. Participants will be made aware of the current state of self-care in our country, introduced to the benefits of a resilient life, provided with industry experts who can be utilized for further research, and then taken through a process of identifying their current self care needs. Join us for an experiential webinar with take-away tools focused on improving quality of life and resiliency.
