The Health Links™ management team is the leadership team of the Center for Health, Work & Environment at the Colorado School of Public Health who are recognized as national leaders in public health and the health of workers. The Health Links advisory board consists of local and national experts in worksite wellness, business, policy, and public health. Staff reside within the center as well as in local communities.
Lili directs Health Links and is the Deputy Director of the Center for Health, Work & Environment, overseeing Total Worker Health® programs and research She is responsible for outreach, dissemination, and strategic partnerships. She earned a B.A. in Marketing from Leeds School of Business at CU Boulder and an MPH from the Colorado School of Public Health. Prior to Health Links, Lili co-founded LiKi FAIRE in 2011, a sustainable brand working with local artisans and community programs globally. For fun, she seeks outdoor adventure on skis and by foot, good food, and happy co-workers.
Lee contributes to Health Links’ vision, strategic planning, and content, bringing perspectives of a public health educator, physician and small business owner. He has traveled to over 50 countries with many more to go. He has a passion for his wife and kids, indigenous art, contemporary art, great food, and the great outdoors.
Josh leads a team of professionals responsible for providing community training through in-person educational events and online learning aimed at disseminating Total Worker Health best practices. He is a former college athlete, avid outdoorsman, and passionate advocate for healthy workplaces.
John oversees the Health Links program to expand the Health Links footprint and ensure a high-quality business experience. In his free time, John enjoys exploring Colorado’s beautiful scenery and overtraining for long distance triathlons.
Michelle has been with Health Links since its inception in 2013. In her current role, she focuses on managing all Health Links events to help translate research into public health practice. She is passionate about connecting with people throughout the community and learning how to help empower them to make choices to live safer and healthier lives. For fun, she enjoys running with her rambunctious dog and taking advantage of the beautiful mountains.
Kaylee supports Health Links by managing the team of local advisors, serving as the main point of contact for all new and existing businesses, and assisting with community and advisor trainings. When she isn’t creating healthier places to work, Kaylee likes to play soccer and cuddle with her cat.
Avery supports Health Links’ external communications through writing, editing, media relations, and design. She enjoys traveling, making and admiring art, and drinking way too much coffee for her own good.
Amanda provides communications support to the Health Links team through email marketing, social media and website management, and designing marketing collateral. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the mountains and looking at pictures of pugs.
Carol’s background is in psychology, with a specific emphasis in program evaluation. For the past eight years, she has overseen evaluation activities for a number of public health programs. Carol provides leadership and oversight for the evaluation program for Health Links. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and wrangling small children.
Miranda works with the Health Links team behind the scenes on all things data related. This includes data collection, data cleaning, and data analysis. She can often be found chasing her twins around Denver City Parks.
Wenyi provides data support by managing and maintaining incoming data and analyzing data for routine reports. During her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and doing fitness exercises to cheerful music.
Brenda helps to coordinate Health Links events throughout the year and promotes Health Links programs at Colorado-based conferences. Outside of work, she spends as much time as possible playing with her granddaughter.
Giselle provides accounting and finance support for the Health Links team through all aspects of financial tracking, budgets, projections, billing, payables, and contract execution/maintenance. When not consumed by excel spreadsheets, she enjoys hiking, camping, playing tug-of-war with her pup, traveling, and learning about new cultures.
Janalee received her Master of Science from Colorado State University in 2017 where she specialized in occupational ergonomics and safety. She now provides advising support to businesses through in-person and digital sessions. In her free time, Janalee enjoys riding and showing her quarter horse, teaching/taking yoga classes, and spending time outside in Colorado.
Laura has been the Eagle County Advisor for Health Links for the past three years and has enjoyed helping local businesses reach safety and well-being goals. She has learned so much from them! She spends her spare time with her two active boys and husband on the river, camping, skiing, and taking advantage of the mountains.
Lisa is a Health Links Advisor in Denver, Colorado. She is an AADP certified health and lifestyle coach and founder of Inhabit the Body, a private health coaching practice and blog geared specifically toward guiding women through a fun, easy and pleasurable approach to nutrition and lifestyle choices. Her passion has always been educating and empowering others toward greater health and vitality.
Diana assists organizations with creating sustainable and innovative programs that support a culture of health, safety, and well-being in the workplace. In her free time, she wanders the woods for wild raspberries and mushrooms and laughs a lot with family and friends.
John serves as a Health Links Advisor providing information and support to small businesses interested in creating a culture of health and safety. John retired from the wellness field two years ago after a 35-year career. John and his wife, Mary, moved to Granby to enjoy hiking, biking, and golfing.
Amanda is a Health Links Advisor in Pitkin County, committed to helping individuals identify and remove the obstacles to their health and assist them in achieving successful outcomes. She realizes that to help individuals, there needs to be a focus on the whole person, which includes their work life. She believes Health Links is the link that bridges the gap to create an overall positive environment for the individual in both the home and their work lives to educate, inform, and inspire health.
Rebecca is a Health Links Advisor offering community outreach and advising in Mesa County, Colorado. She loves hiking year-round with her family and hot yoga, which turns out to be equal parts torture and fun.
Jane is the Health Links advisor in Northern Colorado, helping businesses develop a plan to reach their health and safety goals and create a culture of health in the workplace. In her free time, Jane loves to exercise, read, spend time with her husband and three dogs, and volunteer at a local animal rescue.
Pascale is the Health Links Worksite Wellness Coordinator. Her primary role is to increase the number of Manatee County businesses implementing a culture of well-being within their respective organizations in an effort to reduce adult obesity and increase physical activity. She is currently pursing her Doctorate of Public Health at the University of South Florida's College of Public Health.
